Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched may be considered where operationally possible.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We will try to update the information before dispatch where possible.
